For more than 14 years The Gabriel Project of West Virginia has been providing immediate,
practical and tangible assistance to expectant mothers and families with children.

Help us make a difference in the
lives of mothers and children in West Virginia!

We need and welcome volunteers in all our chapters, whether you can give a day, a few hours each week, or help us throughout the year. Our volunteers are teens through senior citizens, from all walks of life, who are passionate about our mission to protect and honor life by helping mothers and families in need.

Gabriel Project assistance is provided by volunteers called “Gabriel Angels”, working through an ecumenical network of churches across the state.  Churches are the heart of our organization, providing services and mentoring to clients in local communities. Churches and their congregations also collect special offerings and organize diaper drives and other events to support their local Gabriel Project.

School and community groups are needed to gather and sort baby items, help with fundraising events, and perform other essential tasks. We also encourage individuals to volunteer for clerical duties or to assist with client services at the Gabriel Project chapter offices.
